Roth Construction assigns a project team to all restoration jobs, consisting of a project manager, estimators and a job foreman. 
The team begins a residential or commercial claim by first assessing the entire structure and the damage, recording even the most minute details. Our team then develops a project plan, which considers all elements necessary to finish the work completely and on-time. We also aim to uncover hidden damages that can cause problems after the job is completed.
Restoration recommendations are submitted based on the customer's needs, and the appropriate zoning and building ordinances are researched. Contents are inventoried, cleaned with advanced cleaning and deodorizing methods, and stored in our temperature-regulated warehouse until your reconstruction is completed.

Roth Construction utilizes cutting edge technology for all aspects of the reconstruction project, including digital photos to document all aspects of the job, computerized architectural rendering programs, and state-of-the art computer estimating for the highest accuracy possible.
